Red Cross Nurses' badge engraved with your enrollment
number 43588. will you please acknowledge receipt of
it on the postal card enclosed, returning the card to
this office at your earliest convenience.
In the event that you should
recover your lost badge, kindly return the duplicate to
us as a Red Cross nurse should have only one badge in
her possession.
