Frink, Secretary of our San\nFrancisco, California, Local Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service,\n.\nhas informed us of your willingness to serve as a member and we are\nvery glad to send you this official letter of appointment, for three\nyears.\nAlthough you are doubtless familiar with the\nrequirements for Red Cross enrollment, you will find the enclosed\nleaflet, ARC 703, helpful in giving other nurses information on\nthis subject. Also, you will wish to read over the attached pamphlet,\nARC 710, giving the plan of organization of committees as well as\nthe responsibilities of committees and committee members. You will\nbe particularly interested in pages 6 through 10 which refer to the\nLocal Committees.\nWe should like to urge that you attend the\ncommittee meetings that will be called from time to time if you can\nfind it possible to do so, for the chairman and secretary of the\ncommittee need the cooperation of every member in order that they\nmay secure theernollment of nurses in their community, which is the\npurpose of the committee organization.\nFor your information, the following nurses\nare the officers of the San Francisco Local Committee:\nMiss Edith H.
