Public Heal th\nService has been recommended to the Department with obapen-\nsation at the rate of $720 per annum, to be effective from\nthe date of your departure from Eagle Grove, Iowa, with\nquarters, subsistence and laundry.\nThere are enclosed transportation requests covering\nyour railroad end Pullman fare, receipt of which you are\ndirected to acknowledge by number.\nYou are directed to proceed immediately to U. S. Marine\nHospital, New Orleans, La., and report for duty to the Medi-\ncal Officer in Charge.
