I herewith tender my resignation from position of Head Nurse,
Obstetrical Department, Wahiawa Emergency Hospital, to be effective

I desire to be relieved of my duties on April 18, 1944 so
I can take my accumulated leave before May 1, 1944.
Reason for resignation: Pregnancy.
