We know\nyou will always maintain the high standards of nursing which the Red Cross expects\nof you and fully appreciate the worldwide significance of its Nursing Service.\nBecause of the EMERGENCY NATURE of this Service it is important that you\nINFORM US AT ONCE of any condition which may affect your classification, such as\nCHANGE OF ADDRESS, MARITAL STATUS, or PHYSICAL CONDITION, and that you ANSWER\nIMMEDIATELY ALL COMMUNICATIONS from RED CROSS HEADQUARTERS, your LOCAL COMMITTEE\nON RED CROSS NURSING SERVICE, or the ARMY or NAVY NURSE CORPS.\nEnclosed herewith are instructions and your appointment card and badge\nNo. HD 11,876 which are your credentials as a Red Cross nurse. Please acknowledge\nreceipt of these credentials by RETURN MAIL on the postal card enclosed for that\npurpose, giving your badge number for verification.\nAs your application was filed before you knew what position you would accept\nafter graduation, we will appreciate having you fill in and return the other postal\ncard enclosed, AS SOON AS YOU CAN GIVE US THE INFORMATION REQUESTED.\nThe first of each year, you will receive a questionnaire from the Red Cross\nNursing Service.
