She is a small person, and the times I have seen her has been well dressed, has a vivacious manner. She seems well adjusted and has a good cultural background. May be inclined to press certain points, but this, I believe, is caused by her earnestness to do a good piece of work. Her character is excellent and she is unquestionably reliable, has. her own ideas butwcan. accept the opinions and plans of others. She shows a high order of intelligence and is an excellent teacher. She organizes work well, keeps up-to-date in technical knowledge and shows education her use of it. Miss Laxton is potentially a leader.
