Miss Ruth Laxton,
Red Cross Public Health Nurse,
Christian Co. Chapter, A.R.C.,
Hopkinsville,
Kentucky
My dear Miss Laxton:
On March 9th, we sent you a Red Cross
nurse's cape which we trust has reached you safely. Kindly
fill in the enclosed card and return it to this office
at your earliest convenience.
We have endeavored to Issue you the
cape in good condition. Te must call to your attention
that is at all times the
Red and are to carefully
Cross, it you requested property guard of the it American
and protect it against improper usage. It is not
transferable, and under no circunstances must it be loaned.
If you wear the cape for some months,
when you are released from service we hope you will have
it cleaned, repaired, and returned to this office in good
condition. We shall greatly appreciate your cooperation
in this matter.
