My dear Miss Laxton:
The postcard acknowledgment of your Red Cross
appointment card and badge,as a Home Defense nurse is received
and we note that you have changed your address to the above.
As we advised you, you were enrolled with our West Virginia
State and Local Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service and,
therefore, we are anxious to know whether or not it is your
intention to remain in North Carolino for an indefinite period
as in that case your committee record card should be transferred
to the proper Local Committe in that state.
will you please advise us in this matter at your
earliest convenience in order that your transfer may be effected
if necessary and your records as a Red Cross nurse complete.
