#2 card of Mrs. Edward Lee, nee Grace Mildred Durling, #42933,
enrolled with your Committee, for transfer to our Sacramento,
California Local Committee inasmuch as the nurse is now living
ne
in that city. Our records indicate that we never heard from
you in reply to this letter. Wie will, therefore, be most
grateful if you will send us the #2 card of Mrs. Lee at your
earliest opportunity so we may proceed with her transfer. If
by any chance, you fail to find the #2 card of this nurse in
your file, please advise us so we may take the necessary action.
