MAY 14 1930 Dear Miss Butler: Referred to Your letter of the tenth received. cons-301 Miss Petry's address is University of Minnesota, School of Nursing, Millard Hall, Minneapolis, Minn. It may be that we lost the address to whom the blank should be returned but I could not find it in the office and, therefore, knowing that it should not be returned to Miss Petry I sent it to Miss Noyes. earn poli: mumi A few days ago, a second blank came directly from Miss Helen Peck, 240 Citizen's Aid Building, Minneapolis. However, I wrote tell- Surgini ing her I had already sent the blank to Washington. I am sorry I seem to have mixed this up but as I said before I knew you would not wish the blank to go back to the nurse. A note from Miss Noyes this morning tells me about what is to happen to her.
