February 39, 1942 Miss Genevieve Leprestre 2384 N.W. Northrup Portland, Oragon My dear Miss Leprestre: We are glad to advise you of your appointment as one of the nurses in the Red Cross Hawaii Unit. As indication in our previous letter, we are sending you the following forms: G.527 "Designation of Beneficiary" "Disposition of Salary" These forms are to be completed and returned to 1332 immediately. As soon as we have definite information as to the sailing date, we shall send you a sub-advance check and final instruc- tions. Needless to say, we are looking forward with a great deal of pleasure to meeting you. Sincerely yours, (Miss) Gladyce L. Badger Director, Nursing Service Pacific Area, A.R.C. Incs.
