WELF, I was delayed in the return of the second Forms my reaction to the Diphtheria Toxoid. When we first volonteered, I asked Mrs . Laird to find out if it would be possible to have my cheques divided in two(2) payments One to be sent to me,one to remain here to meet my personal obligations, such as insurance, storage of personal property, and Income Tax for next year. If this is feasible,I request: one cheque of 35.00 made out to me;and the remainder made out to: Genevieve Leprestre,% Robert L.Sabin, Attorney at law, IIII Wilcox Bldg, Portland, Oregon.
