In the absence of Mr. Morey, your letter of the 21st
instant enclosing copy of letter recently received from the
Pike's Peak Chapter and copy of your reply to that Chapter,
has come to my attention for reply.
We already have notified the Pike's Peak Chapter of the
action taken by your Department in having the investigation into
the case of Miss Lewis taken up by Miss Delano in France.
