liss Florence 8. Little, graduate of the R. I. Hospital School of
Training, is applying through the American Red Cross Nursing Service for
service in the Civilian Nursing Prograp in Hawaii. We would appreciate
very much having your opinion as to her suitability for a foreign service
assignment. It is not only necessary to consider her professional educ tion
and experience, but also such ch r terist CS as adapt ability, initiative,
the ability to get along with pedple, nd to adjust to unusual situations.

appr ciate hearing from you at your earliest ossible convenience.
