My dear Mrs.Douglas;
Please advise me on the following points as to travel-
ling (Hawaiian Emergency Hospital Service.)--
Correct address to use on small trunk ?
Is it to be straight through
to Honolulu, or just to San Francisco ?
Should it be sent as soon as
possible, or can it go through on ones ticket at the time of travelling?
Also, if there are regulations as to the place of insignia, sent me,and
other uniform regulations, I would glad to know about it.
Are the caps
to be stiff-starched,etc?
Porry to trouble you with incidentals, but want to do things correctly.
My address will be the same until Wednesday, May 19th, then as follows--
