As it employs many Red Cross Nurses for this purpose, it is important that all candidates for enrollment shall have a good training in pediatrics and obstetrics, as well as in medical and surgical nursing. Many nurses applying for enrollment are being considered for some Red Cross service as soon as they have been accepted as Red Cross Nurses.
