My dear Miss MacDougald:

Miss Dunbar has asked me to tell you that the cape,
caps, and insignia have not been received. We had your
letter of March 18th enclosing check, identification cards,
etc.a and in which you mention returning the equipment under
separate cover. Will you kindly let us know the date on
which you mailed the package, and whether it was sent by
express or parcel post.
