DuMez - April 1, 1943 Staff Nurses for replacements at Sacred Hearts and Wahiawa Hospitals - salary $112.50 Miss Hazel D. Woodward - February 20, 1943 Miss Mary Vivian Maher - April 1, 1943 Miss Anna Koniuk - Feb. 25, 1943 Miss Betty Jean Koopman- Feb. 20, 1943 MissJune Marjeanne DuShane - Feb. 20, 1943 Miss Ida Mae Mehrkam - March 1, 1943 Mrs. Jane L. Phoenix Stone - March 1, 1943 Miss Dolores Marie Donahue - Feb. 25, 1943 The physical reports and professional service records of these nurses are being sent under separate cover. In response to your recent inquiry concerning the reason why Miss Alice Price was omitted from the list of nurses who received final payment checks on Decem- ber 9, we have checked her records and find that on November 10, 1942, her final check was mailed from our Accounting Department.
