3. Duplicate Immunization Registers
We shall expect you to arrange to arrive in San Francisco by
February 15th, unless we hear from you to the contrary.
We shall want to keep in close touch with you fromnow on, so
please keep us informed of any current change of address or telephone number.
If you have any problems which are now answered in the printed enclosures,
feel free to write us at any time. Be sure to see that all forms which are
to be returned to this office are in the mail before you Leave the Mainland.
