Dear Madam:
Miss Barbara Whayne Hoag, graduate of the Jewish Hospital School
of Nursing, Louisville, Kentucky, is being considered for an appoint-
ment for service with the American Red Cross Units in Hawaii. As Miss
Hoag indicates that she was employed at the Bowling Green Hospital in
the capacity of surgical nurse from October 1940 to September 1941,
we would appreciate it very much if you would give us a report of her
work.
I am enclosing a form and a stamped addressed envelope for your
reply.
