We told him you would be here on Monday. He wishes to\nmake some definite plans for publicity on Tuesday and asked us\nto write to you about it as he wants to be assured that you will\nbe here on Tuesday.\nMiss Martin called yesterday saying that a T.B. specialist\nwho examined her felt that she was in good condition for the Unit\nand he was writing a letter to you giving his opinion. I explained\nthat the letter to Harvard had already be sent and that you would\ntake care of it when you returned.\nMiss Whittles is not able to go with the Unit. We have heard\nfavorably from Miss Sterbach. The identification discs are to be\nordered.\nMiss Phillips asked us to return the skirt to Best's this\nweek, so I wrote her that you would keep it and reimburse her later.\nWe are sorry you are not here for our picnic tonight The\ntemperature is supposed to go up to 86 degrees this afternoon so it\nwill be good to go to the country.\nIf you let me know when you are returning, I'll meet you at the\nstation, if you like.\nSincerely yours,\nAlice M.
