My dear Miss Mansfield:
The District of Columbia Graduate Nurses* Association
has just advised us of your willingness to serve on our District of
Columbia Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service and recommends your
appointment.
We are very glad to know that you are evilable for this
service and take pleasure in informing you that you are hereby appointed
a
member of the District of Columbia Committee on Red Cross Nursing
Service for the coming yeare This appointment is made in accordence
with the rules governing our Committees on Red Cross Nursing Service
as set forth in the enclosed pemphlet, A.R.C. 710.
For your information, my we state that the officers of
your Committee are as follows:
Mrs. Annie S. Humphrey, Chairman,
Asst. Director, Home Hygiene & Care of the Sick,
American Red Cross, Washington, D. C.
Miss Mary L. Hawthorne, Secretary
American Red Cross, Washington, D. C.
We will greatly appreciate it if just as a matter of form
you will fill in the enclosed annual address questionnaire and return
it to us so that your records as a Red Cross nurse on file in this
office may be absolutely up to date.
