My dear Miss Markley:
Thank you so much for your letter of recent
date, informing us of your change of address. We sincerely
hope that you will greatly enjoy your, work with the U. S.
Veterans' Bureau. In this connection, may we explain that
your Committee enrollment record card which has been on file
with the Maryland State and Local Committee on Red Cross
Nursing Service, will now be called in and placed on file
with records here at
period your your National Headquarters in Veterans' touch for with the
of active service with the U. S. Bureau.
We will, however, depend upon you to keep us
being sure to write us upon your release from active service,
giving us your post office address so that your record card
may again be filed with the Local Committee in the territory
of which you have located.
