C.\nMar\nMy dear Miss Martin:\nYou will sail from New York June 10th.\nFor obvious reasons you are specially requested not to divulge to\nanyone the date or ship on which you expect to sail. You should not show\nthe ship's name on any tags or labels attached to your luggage; simply\nspecify \"A Ship\".\nwill you kindly fill in the enclosed application blanks and return\nthem immediately to usr All three sheets must be signed. Questions\n#5, c,d,e of #7 and #9 need not be answered. The remaining unanswered\nquestions on all three copies must be filled in;\nEnclosed is a check which is to defray official expenditures enroute\nChecks with this acvano e. Be sure that you are familiar with the instructions\nto Ingland. You are urged to purchase American Railway Express Travelers\ngiven by Mr. Harold l'oy, director of accounting. These instructions were sent\nto you previously together with the green booklet, \"Travel and Leave\nRegulations\".\nPassengers may not take into the United Kingdom more than 10 pounds\nper person in Sterling notes. Any Sterling notes in the pessession of\npassengers over and above 10 pounds will be liable to confiscation.\nDuring the voyage, passengers may use one pound or LO shilling notes but\nthe Purser is not permitted to accept notes of 5 pounds or higher denomin-\nation. Passengers are warned not to exchange more than is required for their\nuse during the voyage or for immediate expenseson landing, bearing in mind\nthe fact that they may not take into Great Britain more than 10 pounds in\nSterling notes.\nMrs. futh Breckinridge, our house mother, will be in charge of your\ngroup. We will expect you to report to her the evening of June 9th, at the\nPennsylvania Hotel, in New York. Your room will be reserved at the Pennsyivenia\nHotel for the night of June 9th.
