Noyes\nActing Director\nDepartment of Nursing\nWashington, D.C.\nFrom: Department of Nursing\nVladivostok\nRe:\nMiss Alice R. McCalla, A.R.C. Nurse 34852\nMiss Alice R. McCulla arrived in Vladivostok May 31,\n1919, and was assigned to Omsk on special personnel train,\nleaving Vladivostok June 11, and arriving in Omsk July 3rd.\nUpon her return to Vladivostok August 19th, and conference\nwith her, Miss Tittman deemed it wise to recommend her for trans-\nportation home, on the ground, principally, of incompatibility\nand homesickness. Pending the receipt of transportation, Miss\nMcCulla was assigned to duty at Vladivostok Hospital.\nShe sailed yesterday, September 11th, for Honolulu, on\nthe Transport 'Logan'.\nEnclosed are copies of physical examination blank and\nfinal efficiency report.\nEthee 9.
