Gentlemen,-
This witnesses that I Alice R. McCulla
hereby assign, transfer, and set over unto First National Bank
of
Honolulu, T. H.
the sum of Fifty
dollars per month out of the compensation to be paid to me by
the American National Red Cross, and I authorize and direct
the said American National Red Cross, to pay unto said First
National Bank
each and every month out of my said
compensation, the sum of $ 50.00.
This assignment shall remain in full and effect
until a revocation thereof is lodged with the American National
Red Cross at Washington, D.C., U.S.A.
This assignment is executed in duplicate.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
