My dear Eies ticeaughe :-
Your application for further foreign
service under the Ted Cross has been received, End NO are glad
to toll you that you have been accepted for such service
Your
passport has been received. and the State Department informs us
that it own be extended for another si months, S it will be
delivered to you when you report in New York.
We are counting on you as available
for our sailing on March 20th, but do not proceed to Now York until
officially notified to do so by the Bureau of Personnel.
To are assuming that you will not need
very much now equipment, but in case you need some replenishing we
TO enclosing an equipment card on which we would like you to in-
dicate what things you will need. Please forward the same to
Mrs. Haud Noo y. Bure u of Equipment, 44 East 23rd Stre t, Now
York City, at once.
