My dear Miss McFarland:
Your application papers for enrollment in the
Red Cross Nursing Service have been received and we are
sorry to find that you are not a member of the American
Nurses' Association for the current year. We regret, there-
fore, that it is not possible for us to grant you favorable
consideration for enrollment at the present time. If you
are planning to make this affiliation in the near future,
we shall be glad to reconsider your application.
