    "ocrText": "November 21, 1931.\nMiss Pearl McIver,\nState Board of Health,\nJefferson City, Missouri.\nMy dear Miss McIver:\nThe Missouri State Nurses' Association has just advised\nus of your willingness to continue service as Secretary of our Missouri\nState Committee on Red Cross-Nursing Service and recommends your re-\nappointment.\nWe are very glad to know that you are available for this\nservice and take pleasure in informing you that you are hereby reappointed\nSecretary of the Missouri State Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service for\nthe coming year.
