Brantford, Ontario,
Canada.
My dear Mrs. McLennon:
Through the formal address cuestionnaire
which you recently filled in for our Buffalo, N. Y., Local
Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service and which was forwarded
to this office for permanent filing with your records as an
American Red Cross nurse, we learn that you are now permanently
living in Canada. We have, therefore, secured your Red Cross
enrollment record (#2 card) from the Buffalo, N. Y., Local
Committee and the same will be held here at National Head-
quarters until such time as you may return to the United States
and locate within the jurisdiction of one of our Local Committees
on Red Cross Nursing Service.
May I ask you to be good enough to keep
this office advised of any change in your address and also
promptly answer any communications which may come to you from
us from time to time, in order that your records as an American
Red Cross nurse may be kept un to date.
