My dear Dr. Perkel:
On the recommendation of Dr. Albert ficCown; Director,
Medic 1 and H 01th Service, Notional Heudquartors, American Red Cross,
we are referring to you for physic.1 examination, Miss Muriun Agnes
MeNamara, a Red Cross nurse who is interested in being considered for
service in Hawoii. ne are noi writing her to get in touch with you
for aur appointment
As in all emergencies or foreign service assignments,
physical struaina and emotional tability of hich order are essential.
To eid us in the evilustion of these qualities, we are enlisting your
services for this physical examination. We shall appreciate your co-
operation, and will see that you are compensated st the rate of five
dollars ($5.00) for the exemitation.
A physical exemination report form is herewith enclosed.
The physic 1 report, bill and any recommendution for further exc-
aminations should be sent to this office, through which they will be
reforred to our Personnel Service.
