Since writing you May 18th, the neme of Miss Ella
- McNoil (badge number 41276) whole now Director of the course
in public health nursing st the University of Michigan, Ann
Arbor, has bgen suggested for possible service in one of the
offices of the Local Committee. Miss Molleil has had nuch Red Cross
experience and is a very delightful and efficient person. From
June 1929 to June 1935 aho was Director of Public Health and
ing for the Southomstorm Penn ylvar is Chapter in Philedolphia,
acting as supervisory nurse for 14 banch nursing services. From
July 19, 1929 to 1935, Miss Mclieil servid es Secretary of the
Philadelphia Locul Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service, 60
ahe is entirely farili r with, the committee work. We are pasaing
thim auggestion on to you for Consiceration of the Ann Arbor
Committee, when choosing their new officers.
We are wondering if the various nurges now serving
on the Ann Arbor Committee have beon considered in the selection
of nen officers. Is thore not come one non on the Comittee who
chould step up into the or the secretarial office.
Tie sholl look formard to the receipt of your reply with definite
noninations 80 that the new officers may be appointed before you
leave Ann Arbor.
