Dear Miss Noyes:
I have yours of the 17th inst. with
reference to Miss McNeill. I am sorry, but I
was under the impression that National Head-
quarters had the information about Miss McNeill's
appointment. If it is my over sight please for-
give me:
Following her preliminary visit to
the Chapt er, Miss McNeill did visit Washington and
I know that she had quite an extensive interview
with Miss Havey and I presume that she saw Miss Fox.
A visit to Washington by her would, no doubt, prove
beneficial, but it would certainly not be until after
the summer is over and under our present regulations
would have to be made on the approval of our committee
on Public Health & Nursing.
