and asked you to effect her transfer. Up to this time
the same has not reached
request the Local from Committee Miss McNeil is us for and her we transfer. are in receipt No doub t of a
holding you up in this matter but
we will appreciate it if you will let us have Miss McNeil's
transfer as soon as possible.
