The procedure for returning the money which has been advanced

to you by the American Red Cross is as follows:

If you have not cashed the RedcCross check, it can simply
be returned.

If you have cashed the ckeck and bought express checks -
1. Make express checks payable to the American
Red Cross and send to this office.
2. You will be reimbursed for the cost of purchasing
the express checks. Fill in the amount on

the Field Voucher (Form 102A), which was issued

to you earlier. Your hame and Address mhould
be filled in at the top and your signature in
the bottom righthand corner.
3. If you kept some of the money in cash, make out a
check or money order for this amount.
4. (1), (2), and (3) should add up to the amount of
money advanced to you.
Please return the cape. caps and insignia to this office collect,
