My dear Miss McNutt:
We are mailing to you the following which are necessary in
connection with your appointment as a general staff nurse in Hawaii:
1. Advance of funds for expenses, eheck for $200.
2. Voucher forn 102A, 2 copies.
3. Two identification cards:
Form 928.
Credentials for exemption from tax, form 932.
4. Exemption certificates - 6 copies,
5. Travel and leave regulations, ARC 508.
6. Supplementary information for nurses being assigned to Hawaii:
7. Record of travelers checks.
We assume that the form sent to you in our letter of January 27
are in the mail being returned to us.
The cape, caps and insignia mentioned in our previous letter are
being mailed.
You will be supplied with an identification disc when you reach
the port of embarkation. Please read the supplementary instructions very
carefully.
We expect momentarily some word of the sailing arrangements and
will wire you the minute information is available. However, although
you must have a definite understanding with your employer about your
release which you wrote us earlier, you should not resign until you
have word from us further.
If you have any questions regarding your assignment, please let us
know as we should be glad to send you all the information we can.
