Gentlemen:
I am a registered nurse with the U.S. Public
Health Service, Indian Hospital, Phoenix. During the
2nd World War I served with the Red Cross Unit sent to
the Sacred Heart Hospital in Honolulu. I was there for
two years until the unit was disbanded and then spent
the rest of the war at Queen's Hospital.
While with the unit my checks came thru the
Government, but I do not remember the department. Our
personnel director here has suggested that I write to
you for the information, hoping that I may be able to
add those two years to my retirement.

in the matter, I am
