My dear Miss Noyes: I treated Miss Nora Melton from September 8th 1918 to October 4th 1918, at the American Red Cross Military Hospital No. 2 in Paris. She had chronic catarrhal otitis media and also ethmoiditis of the left side necessitating the partial removal of the left middle turbinate. I do not recall where Miss Melton was staying but I believe she was confined to bed except when she came to see me. Your's truly, Lester Mead Hubby, M.D. 5
