nurse who has been appointed to service in un emergency civilian

hospital in Havaii, under the Emergency Medical and Hospital
Service of the Territorial Office of Civilian Defense in the
Territory of Hawaii. As the Territorial OCD is under the juris-
diction of the Department of Interior, she has the status of an
emergency federal employee.

shoes bofore leaving the Mainland for this assignment. Re shall
appreciate your cooperation, therefore, in the issuance of authori-
zation to purchase two additional pairs of shoes.
