My dear Misa Meseroll:
Now that some of your credentials have been returned, we ure
in a position to definitely consider your application for civ ien nursing
service in Hawail. Your appointment depends, of course, upon your present

physica 1 fitness for foreinn service. Therefore, I am referring you to

Dr. Francesco N. Curbone, 440 Centrol Avenue, Drunge, New Jericy, for this
physical exsmination. We are also with Dr. Curbone, advising
him that you will report within a short time. Will you pleaso, therefore,
take the responsibility of getting in touch with Dr. Carbone, upon reccipt
of this letter, to make an appointment. Dr. Carbone has been advised that
the Americon Red Cross will assume whatever expense is involved for the
examination. Your teeth should be in good condition so that you will not
be in need of any immediate contal work.
As soon as the raport of your physical examination hes been
returned to this office, we will advise you of the decision of our Red
Cross medical examiner concerning your physical fitnese for service.
