    "ocrText": "6.\nAfter having served for E. meriod of one year B is entitled to\nreceivo from ARC transportation to his ( or her) home town with the\nfollowing conditions :\nA.\nTransportation from Vladivostok to any port of\nthe U.S.A. designated by ARC , by Army Transport\nto be arranged by ARC, but if for any reason such\nArmy Transport facilities cannot be obtained,\nthe ARC may arrango for B's passage on any\nregular passenger steamer.\nB.\nThe standard charge for board made by the transport\nviz: $1.00 per day, to be paid by ARC,\nC.\nordinary railway fare from port of landing to\ntown will be paid by ARC, who will also make\nallowance of $4.00 perday for food and\nincidentals , for a period of\n6\ndays\nbeing normal time for the railway journey.\n7.\nIf B does not perform his ( or her) duties in ? manner satisfact-\n-ory to ARC they have right to terminate this agreement forwith.,\nbut in this instance they shall still be liable for payment of\n:\ntransportation but shall not be liable for clothing allowance\nunless the period of six months from date of contract to date of\ndischarge shall have already clansed, Such instance of desire to\ntermilate contract shall be served by ARC one calender month before\nthey desire it to go into effect, reserving to themselves the\nalternative of immediate discharge by payment of one month's salary\nin lieu of notice.\n8.\nShould B be guilty of conduct which is decided by a court of\nhis ( or her) superior officers to be unbecomeing to that of an\nofficer of the ARC , the ARC shall have the nower to discharge\nor her) forthwith and in this instance they shall not be liable\nfor clothing allowance unless the period of six months, already\nmentioned , has expired.\n9. B engages :on his ( or.her) departure from ARC ? excent in all\ncases of honorable discharge , to return to them all ARC insignia\n,\nany other letters or\ndocuments proving\n( or her) having been connected with the ARC."
