Mill - 23,720 a member of the second Siberian group,\nbelonging to the Central Division, to sail by way of Seattle. She\nwrote in stating that she had a father and sisters in that City and\nwas most anxious to See them before leaving for Siboria.\nWe have notified Miss Mills that\nthere is a sailing on the 2nd of June, and that we would try to pre-\npare her for that date, althor in we would not-definitely state that\nthis could be done, as her application for passport is not here get.\nalthough I believe it is being forwarded, enaHer loyalty papers are\npending in the Bureau of Personnel. Wa are hoping to have them cleared\nsoon. We will wire you the date on which her passport 1s being for-\nwarded.\n/ W/MOD"
