Mill, 795 Cass Ave., Detroit, Michigan. syded Miss Mill: Your letter of May 19th has been received, enclosing enoopy of one which you sent to the Division of Transportation, also your note to Mrs. Vaughan. I note that you have returned your equipment card and measurement slip to the Pureau of Equipment in New York, also that you have started your Immunity treatments. are Most of the nurses of the Siberian group/being sent by way of Pan Franciscotamal those, however, belong- ing to the Northern and Northwestern Divisions are sailing by way of Seattle. The nurses of the Central Divisions have up to this time been sent by way of San Francisco; however, we have taken the matter concerning your sailing and find that it can be arranged for you to sail from Seattle. I presume from your letter that you made application for passport on May 19th. The next sailing from Seattle is on June 2nd. As your passport application has not yet been received, and your loyalty papers are still pending in the Bureau of Personnel, I cannot promise that you can get off on that date, although we will make the attempt. Please see that your apolication for pass- port is forwarded as promptly as possible. We will try to arrange for your equipment to be forwarded to Seattle at once. We are also writing to Miss Ahrens and will ask you to keep in close touch with her as to your address or any change of address which you may make, as orders to report in Seattle will first be received in the Central Division office and forwarded to you from there. with best wishes, believe me as Very sincerely, Acting Directory Department of Nursing.
