My dear Miss Mill
I think Mrs. Gretter 1s quite right in wishing
you to remain in Detroit until the first of next year. You will
then haves very good fouriation on which to do independent work.
I am glad too that you have decided to take Mrs. Gretter's advice
and remain under her supervision. I am sure you could have no
better supervision anywhere.
We have received your supplementary application
and have filei it.
After your original envollment application
is accepted by the Red Cross we should be gied at the end of
your time with Mrs. Gretter to consider you for a position with the
Town ani Country Nursing Service.
