McKEE Director of Bureau of My dear Miss Delano; Development HENRY K. JONES Headquarter's Secretary In regard to joining the Red Cross, have only just come to Detroit, Mich., to do Public Health Work under the Visiting Nurses' Association, preparatory to doing Town and Country Nursing under the Red Cross. Since the need for Nurses has become so great under the National Red Cross, will gladly give my services thereto, and while I prefer doing Public Health Work, will be willing to do whatever services may be required of me and go wherever I may be needed, being perfectly willing to go to France should it become necessary. While having arranged to give a year's services to the Detroit Visiting Nurses Association, I shall be able to give my serviess to the American Red Cross after January 1st, 1919. Feel that it is indeed a privilege to be a member in this great organization and would like to do my part. I am now applying for enrollment with the Detroit Local Committee. Yours very sincerely, Carded i. & C. Gertrude E Mill R.R. water no eries not in tifile
