You can develop a duplicate 2824 with current identifying\ninformation. Nursing and Health Programs instructor records were released\nfrom area offices in 1967 to Group I and II Chapters and selected Group III\nChapters. If Mrs. Miller has been active as an instructor since 1959, the\njurisdictional division might have a record of that activity. If not, I\nwould recommend that your Nursing Chairman will wish to have Mrs. Miller\ncomplete Form 1082, Application to Teach, in order to review her teaching\nbackground. It would not be a sound policy to consider reauthorization\nwithout a refresher course. Prenatal care has changed drastically, as you\nknow, in the last eighteen years and we certainly want to continue the quality\ncourses we have had in the past in Austin.\nI reviewed Form 5074, Annual Report for Nursing and Health Programs that\nCOPY\nwas submitted to OSIAS for Centex Chapter. Three instructor supervisors are\nlisted for Preparation for Parenthood; two being authorized during fiscal\nyear 75-76. I would assume that one of the three might be a resource to the\nchapter in preparing additional Preparation for Parenthood instructors.\nSarah Brookshire, Georgetown is also most talented and would do an excellent\njob if she's available.
