My dear Miss Neyes,
I have been authorized by the
Board of Directors of the Columbia Hospital to
proceed with the organization of the unit for
service with the Navy under the Ped Cross.
I am in communication now with the nurses
who are eligible, and we are forming an alumnae
Association here of the nurses who are not at
present eligible through lack of musing affili
ation, which will make them eligible *** for
enrollment.
Early next week I will try to come in and
talk to you a little about the unit and get the
necessary application blanks etc, to distribute.
