WASHINGTON, D. C.
J. O. SKINNER, M. D., SUPERINTENDENT
March 3rd a
Miss Julia Mellichamp, R.N.
821Westover Ave.
Norfolk, Va.
My dear Miss Mellichamp,
If you are still Secty of
the Red Cross local Committee, will you be
so kind as to forward my Red Cross Yard
#2 to the Washibgton Committee, as I ex
pect to ma e my home here for some time an
and would like to be identified with the
Red Cross work here. Since my return from
the war service I have not known where to
locate the card but finally decided that
it must still be with the Virginia Com-
mittee. Thanking you for the trouble
you may take in this matter, 1 am
Yours truly,
Lacy
