TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I hereby certify that Miss Lucy Minnigerode is a member
of the American Red Cross Nursing Service, and that she acted in
the capacity of Supervising Nurse of American Red Cross Hospital
Unit "H" at Kief, Russia, from about October 1, 1914, until her
relief from duty in May, 1915, in order that she might return to
the United States.
Miss Minnigerode is professionally capable, and possesses
executive ability. I can recommend her without hesitation to fill
any position requiring such qualifications.
