France under the auspices of the American Red Cross, solemnly
swear that I have no near male relatives serving in the armed
forces of the United States or serving in France in a civilian
capacity attached to the American Expeditionary Forces or to
a relief or hospital organization, brother who is
serving in the
I further solemnly swear that I am going to France solely
as a Red Cross worker, that I make visit my
brother in France under any conditions, and that it is not my
intention to marry an officer or soldier in the American
Expeditionary Forces after my arrival in France.
